Payment

MVP default is pay on drop-off or delivery. No online prepaid checkout in this release.

MethodWhen

Creates a tracking ID, writes the first timeline event, and queues WhatsApp + SMS alerts for shipper and recipient.

After booking

1. Tracking ID shown on screen
2. WhatsApp + SMS queued to shipper and recipient
3. Guest tracker opens with timeline only
4. Ops marks status through arrival / ready for pickup

Default arrival

Ready at destination depot or agent for pickup. Door delivery is optional when ops marks out for delivery / delivered.
